appointed by TMU for the first time must first log in to the <a href=\"https:\/\/hr2sys.tmu.edu.tw\/tmu_planhum\/login_part.aspx\">Part-Time Personnel Management System<\/a> to complete their personal information and upload the required supporting documents.<\/li>\n<li>Once the appointment process has been completed, assistants must arrange their work schedules in advance through the Part-Time Personnel Management System. They must also clock in and out through the University\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/hr2sys.tmu.edu.tw\/tmu_planhum_full\/login_full_duty.aspx\">Attendance System<\/a> on each working day. After the application has been fully approved, email the Office of Human Resources before the appointment start date and provide the following information so that the wage rate can be adjusted:\n<ol start=\"1\" data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Appointment budget account number<\/li>\n<li>National ID or ARC number of the appointee<\/li>\n<li>Appointment application number<\/li>\n<li>Reason for the wage adjustment and the revised wage rate<\/li>\n<li>A copy of the employment contract approved and signed by the principal investigator or project director<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Please ensure that no work schedule is arranged before the wage rate adjustment has been completed. Otherwise, discrepancies may arise between the wage rate used for payroll calculations and the insured salary reported to the Bureau of Labor
