Subject:<\/strong> CTBC Bank\u2019s Self-Directed Investment Platform will temporarily suspend its portfolio reallocation scheduling function in preparation for the official launch of the \u201cWhole-Life-Cycle Investment Portfolio.\u201d Please inform all faculty and staff accordingly.<\/p>\n

Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Attached is CTBC Bank Co., Ltd.\u2019s Letter No. 1152005908, dated August 19, 2026.<\/li>\n
  2. To facilitate the official launch of the \u201cWhole-Life-Cycle Investment Portfolio,\u201d the Portfolio Reallocation Scheduling<\/strong> function on the Self-Directed Investment Platform will be temporarily unavailable during the following periods:\n
      \n
    1. All day on Friday, September 18, 2026<\/li>\n
    2. All day on Tuesday, September 29, 2026<\/li>\n
    3. From 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2026<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    4. During the above periods, faculty and staff may continue to log in to the Self-Directed Investment Platform and access account inquiry services. Only the Portfolio Reallocation Scheduling<\/strong> function will be temporarily unavailable.<\/li>\n
    5. The Portfolio Reallocation Scheduling function is expected to resume after 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The Whole-Life-Cycle Investment Portfolio<\/strong> function will also be activated at that time. Faculty and staff may then modify their investment portfolio settings and schedule portfolio reallocations according to their individual preferences.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
