Please be sure to confirm the personal teacher evaluation information and submit it before 04\/08\/2025 to avoid affecting your rights and interests.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note that if the submission is not completed on time, the Office of HR will forcefully submit it based on existing data.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Please find the attached relevant information:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Timeline for Teacher Evaluation and Appointment Renewal Process<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>System Operation Instructions for Teacher Evaluation and Appointment Renewal Process<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>A brief reminder of the login steps is as follows (the following systems must log in with the TMU account and password, and operate with the Chrome browser)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Log into HR system <\/strong><strong>\u2192<\/strong><strong>Website: <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/hrsys.tmu.edu.tw\/\"><strong>http:\/\/hrsys.tmu.edu.tw\/<\/strong><\/a><strong>, click &#8220;Sign and Review Statement of Avoidance of Interests&#8221; on the main screen <\/strong><strong>\u2192<\/strong><strong> fill in the answer and send it to the supervisor for approval.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Log into <\/strong><strong>Teachers upload resume <\/strong><strong>\u2192<\/strong><strong>Website: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rd2sys.tmu.edu.tw:8011\/publication\/\"><strong>https:\/\/rd2sys.tmu.edu.tw:8011\/publication\/<\/strong><\/a><strong>, &#8220;Off-campus service and assignment project&#8221; and &#8220;teacher evaluation bonus project&#8221; maintenance, then send it to the supervisor for approval.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Log into Teacher evaluation system <\/strong><strong>\u2192<\/strong><strong>Website: <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/hr2sys.tmu.edu.tw\/TMUTchEval\/\"><strong>http:\/\/hr2sys.tmu.edu.tw\/TMUTchEval\/<\/strong><\/a><strong>. After checking and confirming the assessment category and total score, click &#8220;Next&#8221; to submit the content and send it to the supervisor of the department for evaluation.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>[Note] The score can be sent directly after you complete the service experience and teacher evaluation bonus items in the newly added [Teacher Career History Login System]. There is no need to wait for the approval.
