The outcomes of these improvements will be followed up in November 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"299\" data-end=\"568\">2.As the \u201cComplaint Channels\u201d received the lowest satisfaction scores, a <strong data-start=\"370\" data-end=\"430\">real-time feedback mechanism for administrative services<\/strong> will be added (on a one-year trial basis). Simultaneously, the university\u2019s complaint procedures and TMU Suggestion Box will be promoted.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"570\" data-end=\"799\">3.Each primary unit is requested to <strong data-start=\"604\" data-end=\"672\">clearly indicate the location of this information on its website<\/strong>, as well as to <strong data-start=\"688\" data-end=\"725\">designate a backup contact person<\/strong> to ensure that personnel seeking assistance can be effectively supported.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"801\" data-end=\"850\"><strong data-start=\"801\" data-end=\"850\">4.Real-Time Administrative Service Feedback Box <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/z1PvudUKCYnRyayn8\">https:\/\/forms.gle\/z1PvudUKCYnRyayn8<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.Primary administrative units have proposed improvement measures based on feedback received from respondents.
