style=\"text-align: left;\">CDLab studies comparative cognition and computational neuroscience. We\u2019re seeking a highly organised colleague to keep <strong>finance and reimbursements<\/strong> moving, manage <strong>IRB\/IACUC<\/strong> and related documentation, and run our <strong>participant recruitment and scheduling<\/strong> pipeline.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>What you\u2019ll do (in short):<\/strong> handle reimbursements, POs and vendor invoices in the university financial system; reconcile monthly spend across grants; prepare and track IRB\/IACUC submissions (new, amendments, renewals, training); maintain version-controlled templates, a compliance calendar, and audit-ready records; source and register participants, maintain a contact database, screen for inclusion\/exclusion, call\/email to schedule sessions, send reminders, coordinate consent on the day, and arrange honoraria\/receipts; liaise with finance, research governance, biosafety, procurement, and HR; keep shared drives tidy; schedule and minute key meetings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>What you bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Must-have<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>experience in administration\/finance\/compliance, preferably in a university setting.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on with reimbursements and purchasing in a financial system.<\/li>\n<li>Strong Excel\/Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivot tables) and tidy document control.<\/li>\n<li>Professional Chinese <strong>and<\/strong> English; high accuracy and deadline discipline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Preferred<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Working knowledge of IRB (human) and IACUC (animal) processes across the lifecycle (new, amendments, renewals; training\/consent records).<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience at TMU or other Taiwan universities; familiarity with NSTC grants.<\/li>\n<li>Participant recruitment &amp; scheduling experience (screening, calls\/emails, reminders).<\/li>\n<li>Comfort with project-management and e-signature\/PDF tools; basic budgeting (PO\/invoice\/3-way match).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Compensation &amp; benefits:<\/strong> Salary is in accordance with the <strong>TMU Research Assistant compensation standard<\/strong>, with national health insurance and other benefits.
