1.具健康照護相關領域博士學位
Ph.D. degree in healthcare related fields

2.具英語授課能力者
Proficiency in teaching in English

3.在高齡健康、長期照護、高齡政策、老人照顧管理領域有明顯的研究潛力或成果
Demonstrated research potential or established scholarly achievements in the fields of aging health, long-term care, aging policy, or elderly care management.
