Ensure real-time access to services for foreign nationals by providing simple interpretation, addressing issues, and referring them to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner. Ensure that responsible units can respond in a foreign language promptly.
Enhance the quality of administrative English service teaching materials. Develop teaching materials to promote more practical English learning and assist foreign nationals in understanding the functions of various units. (The school will establish a teaching material review mechanism to ensure quality.)
Serve as a role in information dissemination, integration, and progress reporting. Coordinate various international-friendly campus promotion projects within the unit to ensure smooth progress.
