Job Description-

Taipei Medical University is looking for a motivated member with Ph.D. degree with outstanding academic achievements in the field relating to Life Science or Medical Biotechnology or a related discipline from an accredited university, college, or institution, including public, private, or foreign universities recognized by the Ministry of Education(R.O.C), who will contribute to our international research profile in a cross-disciplinary environment. The new appointee will be based at the College of Nursing at Taipei Medical University.

$83,720NTD~ $198,770NTD per month + benefits

Selection Criteria
Qualifications

1. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree with outstanding academic achievements in a health-related field or a related discipline from a public or accredited private university, independent college, or a foreign university or independent college recognized in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education.
2. Successful candidates should have experience in gerontological nursing or long-term care.
3. Preference will be given to candidates with specialized expertise in nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, or health care.
4. Demonstrated ability to apply for research grants, with experience in conducting large-scale research projects, research proposal writing, international research experience, a history of international collaboration, and independent research.
5. Demonstrated ability to teach in English as a medium of instruction (EMI), innovate in teaching and research, and work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
6. Candidates with prior teaching experience will be given priority.
7. Strong passion for teaching and talent cultivation.
8. Excellent communication skills, strong teamwork ability, and demonstrated capacity for international exchange and cooperation.
9. Excellent English proficiency, strong enthusiasm for research, and well-developed interpersonal skills.
