Work pattern: Three days per week, on-site
Location: Shuangho Campus — 5F., No.301, Yuantong Rd., Zhonghe Dist., New Taipei City 235, Taiwan, R.O.C.

CDLab studies comparative cognition and computational neuroscience. We’re seeking a highly organised colleague to keep finance and reimbursements moving, manage IRB/IACUC and related documentation, and run our participant recruitment and scheduling pipeline.
What you’ll do (in short): handle reimbursements, POs and vendor invoices in the university financial system; reconcile monthly spend across grants; prepare and track IRB/IACUC submissions (new, amendments, renewals, training); maintain version-controlled templates, a compliance calendar, and audit-ready records; source and register participants, maintain a contact database, screen for inclusion/exclusion, call/email to schedule sessions, send reminders, coordinate consent on the day, and arrange honoraria/receipts; liaise with finance, research governance, biosafety, procurement, and HR; keep shared drives tidy; schedule and minute key meetings.
What you bring:
Must-have
- experience in administration/finance/compliance, preferably in a university setting.
- Hands-on with reimbursements and purchasing in a financial system.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivot tables) and tidy document control.
- Professional Chinese and English; high accuracy and deadline discipline.
Preferred
- Working knowledge of IRB (human) and IACUC (animal) processes across the lifecycle (new, amendments, renewals; training/consent records).
- Prior experience at TMU or other Taiwan universities; familiarity with NSTC grants.
- Participant recruitment & scheduling experience (screening, calls/emails, reminders).
- Comfort with project-management and e-signature/PDF tools; basic budgeting (PO/invoice/3-way match).
Compensation & benefits: Salary is in accordance with the TMU Research Assistant compensation standard, with national health insurance and other benefits. Final compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience and is subject to an annual increase.
Appointment & start: 60% appointment (three days/week), on-site; start as soon as possible.
