Job Description

Taipei Medical University is looking for a motivated member with Ph.D. degree with outstanding academic achievements in the field relating to Oral hygiene, Nursing, Dentistry, Public Health, Bioengineering, or Artificial Intelligence-related or a related discipline, who will contribute to our international research profile in a cross-disciplinary environment. The new appointee will be based at the College of Oral Medicine at Taipei Medical University.

$83,720NTD~ $198,770NTD per month + benefits

Selection Criteria
Qualifications

1. A Ph.D. in Oral Health, Nursing, Dentistry, Public Health, Bioengineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline, with an outstanding academic record.
2. The successful candidate must have relevant experience and demonstrated ability to conduct independent research in one or more of the following areas: oral care, long-term care for older adults, nursing—including community health, critical care, or nursing home care—dentistry and dental care, oral health education, or health promotion.
3. Demonstrated ability to teach effectively in English is required.
4. Preference will be given to candidates with clinical experience and a proven record of high-impact publications.
5. Demonstrated ability to secure research funding, develop competitive grant proposals, lead large-scale research projects, and conduct independent research would be advantageous.
6. A strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and cultivating future talent.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with demonstrated capacity for international academic exchange and collaboration.
8. Excellent English proficiency, strong enthusiasm for research, and well-developed interpersonal skills.
