Registration Method:
Registration Period: Online registration is open until Monday, 2/10, at 12:00 PM (or until full, on a first-come, first-served basis).
Important Notes: Each form can only be used to register for one itinerary. To register for multiple itineraries, please submit separate forms.
Admission Process: The list of selected participants will be announced on 2/13. After receiving the notification, participants must complete the payment by Monday, 2/17, at 12:00 PM. Late payments will result in replacement by waitlisted participants.
Cost: Self-funded. If you wish to apply for a travel subsidy (please refer to the university’s travel subsidy guidelines), the HR department will assist with processing. (How convenient! 😍😍😍)
