Implementation Results of the 114th Academic Year Administrative Service Quality Improvement Measures

The survey period for the 112th Academic Year Administrative Service Satisfaction Survey was from July 8, 113 to August 19, 113.

In October 113, each unit was requested to review the satisfaction survey results and the qualitative feedback provided by respondents, and to propose 1 to 3 qualitative improvement measures to be implemented in the 114th Academic Year. These measures aim to effectively enhance and optimize the quality of administrative services. The improvement period spans one year, with follow-up and evaluation of the results scheduled for November 114.
