Regarding the Adjustment of the Minimum Wage, as Announced by the Ministry of Labor on October 21, 2025 under Announcement No. Lao-Dong-Tiao-2-Zi No. 1140148807 — For your information and dissemination.

Explanation:

  1. This matter is handled in accordance with the Ministry of Labor’s letter dated October 21, 2025, Lao-Dong-Tiao-2-Zi No. 1140148807D. A copy of the original letter (including attachments) is enclosed.

  2. Effective January 1, 2026, the monthly minimum wage will be adjusted to NT$29,500, and the hourly minimum wage will be adjusted to NT$196.
