International Taskforce

To ensure timely services for foreign nationals during official visits or administrative interactions, basic interpretation is provided to explain procedures, resolve issues, and, when necessary, refer them to the appropriate staff in charge. This helps ensure that responsible units can respond promptly in a foreign language.

To enhance the quality of English-language administrative service lesson plans, instructional materials are developed to promote practical English learning. These materials also assist foreign personnel in understanding the functions of various administrative offices. (The university has established a lesson plan review mechanism to ensure content quality.)

Serving as a communication and coordination hub, the designated contact point is responsible for integrating and reporting progress on various projects aimed at building a more international and friendly campus environment within the department.
