Dear Colleagues,
Since the year 106, our school has been offering a self-paid insurance plan for family members of employees, including children and spouses.
This allows family members to enjoy higher levels of medical coverage at a lower premium, thereby alleviating the financial burden on our staff.
We are pleased to announce that applications for the continuation or new enrollment in the self-paid insurance plan for family members for the fiscal year 113 are now open! If you are interested, please refer to the following information for details：

• Please be sure to submit the hard copy insurance documents in person at Taiwan Life Insurance before 12:00 PM on December 21 (Thursday), during the on-site service hours. Applications will not be accepted after the deadline for receiving documents. Thank you.
