- All investigation interviews are conducted separately.
- Depending on the severity of the situation, decisions may be made to reassign or temporarily suspend one party, especially in cases where physical violence has occurred.
- Full confidentiality is maintained to protect the rights and privacy of both parties.
- The reporting and complaint process is handled objectively, fairly, and impartially.
