Prevention Plan for Unlawful Infringement While Performing Duties

Purpose

In order to protect the health and well-being of employees within the school, this plan has been established to prevent physical or mental harm caused by others while performing their duties. The school will plan and implement necessary safety and health measures accordingly.

Applicable Personnel

Employees within the school, including full-time and part-time assistants, temporary staff, and other personnel.

Procedures for Handling Workplace Unlawful Incidents

  • Reporting and Acceptance

    Within 24 hours of the incident, the complainant must complete the reporting form, which will be processed by the Human Resources Office.

  • Formation of a Task Force

    The Environmental Safety Office will submit a formal proposal to the President for approval, who will then appoint members to form the Workplace Unlawful Infringement Handling Task Force.

  • Implementation and Control

    The task force shall follow established regulations to avoid conflicts of interest and implement policies to control violence and handle workplace violence incidents.

  • Follow-up Actions

    After the task force completes the necessary procedures, the convener will fill out the handling report and delegate follow-up actions to the Environmental Safety Office.

Relevant Protection Measures

    • All investigation interviews are conducted separately.
    • Depending on the severity of the situation, decisions may be made to reassign or temporarily suspend one party, especially in cases where physical violence has occurred.
    • Full confidentiality is maintained to protect the rights and privacy of both parties.
    • The reporting and complaint process is handled objectively, fairly, and impartially.
