- Renewal and recruitment of skilled talents and professionals
- Promoting projects in pension welfare and fund management
- Staff welfare: EAP (Employee Assistance Programs), group insurance, childcare subsidies, children scholarships, employee mutual welfare funds, tourism subsidies, medical welfare, and signing agreement with contract agencies
- Promoting personal career development
- Developing and promoting contacts and coordination of international affairs
- Selection of members of the Welfare Committee and coordination of meetings
- Contacts regarding contract management
