The annual teacher evaluation and renewal assignment has started. Please be sure to confirm the personal teacher evaluation information and submit it before 04/08/2025 to avoid affecting your rights and interests.
Please note that if the submission is not completed on time, the Office of HR will forcefully submit it based on existing data.

A brief reminder of the login steps is as follows (the following systems must log in with the TMU account and password, and operate with the Chrome browser)
- Log into HR system →Website: http://hrsys.tmu.edu.tw/, click “Sign and Review Statement of Avoidance of Interests” on the main screen → fill in the answer and send it to the supervisor for approval.
- Log into Teachers upload resume →Website: https://rd2sys.tmu.edu.tw:8011/publication/, “Off-campus service and assignment project” and “teacher evaluation bonus project” maintenance, then send it to the supervisor for approval.
- Log into Teacher evaluation system →Website: http://hr2sys.tmu.edu.tw/TMUTchEval/. After checking and confirming the assessment category and total score, click “Next” to submit the content and send it to the supervisor of the department for evaluation.
[Note] The score can be sent directly after you complete the service experience and teacher evaluation bonus items in the newly added [Teacher Career History Login System]. There is no need to wait for the approval. The final score will be calculated based on the result of the approval.
