*學歷需求:
博士(Ph. D.):藥學、生物藥學相關科系畢業
Ph.D. in pharmacy or in the areas related to biopharmaceutical sciences.

*職務條件:
1.大分子藥物新藥開發專才之博士
Ph.D. with expertise in macromolecular drug development
2.大分子體藥物控制釋放研發專才之博士
Ph.D. with expertise in controlled release for macromolecular drugs
3.於上述領域具至少兩年博士後研究員經驗
At least 2-year postdoctoral training in one of abovementioned areas
4.熱心教學與專業人才培育
Passion for teaching and talent development
5.具優異溝通、團隊合作及領導能力
Excellent communication skills, teamwork ability, and leadership
